Fayette County: Discuss Legacy Trail plans at open house

The preliminary plans for the next phase of the Legacy Trail are complete and the public is invited to attend an open house at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Lyric Theatre, 300 East Third Street. Trail planners and city officials will explain ideas, answer questions and to listen to the public.

The design will cover linkages from the planned Isaac Murphy Memorial Art Garden in the east to the North YMCA in the west. This trail will tie in to the existing Legacy Trail, which continues on to the Kentucky Horse Park.
