Secretary of State Michael Adams and Governor Andy Beshear have released their plan for voting this election.

1. Absentee Ballot:
Absentee Ballots will be accepted for anyone concerned with COVID-19. The Absentee Ballot request portal is open now through October 9. Ballot drop boxes will be available at County Clerk discretion for anyone concerned about mailing in their ballot.

Be sure that your signature on your ballot and ballot envelope match the signature on your KY driver’s license or voter registration card. This is how ballots are authenticated. If the Board of Elections office identifies any discrepancies with your ballot, they must reach out to you to fix the issue before November 9.
