Construction on a three-story underground parking garage at the CentrePointe site in downtown Lexington is continuing, the developer of the long-stalled development said Monday.
Crews who were working on the proposed 700-space underground parking garage exited the site late Friday with their equipment.
Dudley Webb, of the Webb Companies, said those subcontractors were finished. A second group of subcontractors will arrive soon and work on the vertical construction of the garage, Webb said.
“There is no cause for alarm,” Webb said. “We are just waiting for a second group of subcontractors to come in who will do the vertical construction on the garage.”…Read more at Kentucky.com
